Position: PM Server
About: Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, the PM Server at The Ivy / Magdalena ensures that service is always performed professionally and in line with department standards. The role involves maintaining good communication between kitchen and restaurant departments, supervising team members, and providing excellent customer service to all guests.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to handle complaints and requests professionally; knowledge of food and wine offerings; strong operational acumen and attention to detail
