Position: PM Line Cooks
About: The Tooth Company, a restaurant in Anchorage, is seeking a Line Cook to join their team. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing and creating high-quality food following company recipes and customer preferences, ensuring a fantastic dining experience for guests.
Requirements: Must be 16 years of age or older with a Municipality of Anchorage Food Worker Card (or willing to obtain one); experience preferred but not required as this is a teaching kitchen; ability to stand for the duration of the shift, lift and carry 30+ lbs, work in fast-paced environments, and demonstrate good manual dexterity and coordination; self-motivated with excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and work accurately and efficiently; basic knowledge of kitchen terminology and knife skills
