About: A Cook is responsible for preparing all food items based on standardized recipes for the Restaurant/Dining Outlet Cafe, Room Service, Employee Cafeteria, and Banquets. They maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in the kitchen while minimizing waste and maximizing cost-efficiency. This position is for Aimbridge Hospitality, the global leader in third-party hotel management, with a portfolio spanning over 1,550 hotels worldwide representing various lodging brands.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; Food Handlers Certification required; ability to convey information clearly and make quick decisions; adept at working in high-pressure environments
