Position: PM Line Cook
About: Davidson Hospitality Group is seeking Kitchen Staff including Grill Cooks and Prep Cooks to join their team. As a Line Cook at Davidson Hospitality Group, you will prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards, ensure timely service, maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization, assist with supply inventory, follow safety procedures, and collaborate with team members for smooth kitchen operations.
Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent; Previous experience as a line cook, grill cook, or prep cook; Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Strong teamwork and communication skills
