Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role; Knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Ability to stand for extended periods of time; Willingness to learn and take direction from senior chefs
