Position: PM Line Cook

Requirements: Passion for learning and culinary arts; Minimum of 2 years experience as an entry-level cook or higher, with 3 years experience in a free-standing or hotel restaurant kitchen; Knowledge of food safety guidelines and SafeStaff standards; Adaptable interpersonal communication skills; Conversational proficiency in English; Basic math skills for menu ingredients and inventory; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 25 lbs. and with assistance up to 100 lbs.; Ability to stand for prolonged periods in warm environments while cooking
