Position: PM Line Cook
About: Stonebridge Companies in Indianapolis, Indiana is seeking a Line Cook to prepare and cook food according to the hotel’s standards and quality. The Line Cook will work under the direction of the Chef in various dining areas including breakfast, lunch, dinner, banquets, and room service.
Requirements: Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year of related experience and/or training; ability to use cooking metrics and conversion methods for all cooking measurements; ability to follow simple instructions and deal with standardized situations; Safe Serve/Food Handler’s Card
