Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent; Two+ years of cooking experience in a professional kitchen environment; Experience with a la carte food prep and production; Food safety certification (ServSafe) preferred; Strong knife skills; Ability to stand for long periods of time; Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
