Position: PM Cook
About: Holiday Inn Capitol is seeking a Cook to join their team and be responsible for food production in all F&B outlets. This role involves planning, prepping, and setting up food production according to standardized recipes and ensuring high health and safety standards are maintained in the kitchen area.
Requirements: Minimum two years previous kitchen experience; ability to stand for long periods of time; ability to lift heavy objects; operational knowledge of kitchen equipment
