Position: PM – Bartender
About: Ugly Dumpling, a vibrant and dynamic bar and restaurant, is seeking a skilled and personable Bartender to join their team. The Bartender will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional beverage service, enhancing guest interactions, and upholding the brand’s standards for quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume restaurant or bar setting preferred; strong knowledge of mixology, cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages; exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills; ability to multitask and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment; familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling procedures; knowledge of local, state, and federal alcohol service laws; ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods; a positive attitude, attention to detail, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences
