Position: PM Barback – Hiring Immediately
About: This Miami-based restaurant is currently seeking a PM Barback to join their team. The Barback will work closely with Bartenders to ensure a smooth operation of the bar, providing excellent service to guests and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. General expectations include following company guidelines, assisting in drink preparation, and collaborating with staff to address guest needs. Qualifications for this role include 2+ years of restaurant/bar experience, knowledge of menus and beverages, familiarity with POS systems, and strong communication and teamwork skills among others.
