Position: Players Club Host (PT)
About: In a fast-paced, high energy environment where great guest service is crucial, the Players Club at a casino is seeking a Players Club Host with a genuine passion for guest service, top-notch organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team setting. The ideal candidate will contribute to the success of the club by providing exceptional guest service, maintaining high ethical standards, and aligning with the mission, vision, and values of the establishment.
Requirements: A high school diploma or equivalent and previous high volume customer service experience required; office skills including proficiency in using standard office equipment, basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, and prior experience with data entry and/or casino management systems preferred; ability to handle confidential information with discretion; professional interaction with guests and team members; flexibility to work irregular hours, extended shifts, late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays; physical ability to stand, sit, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, move freely throughout the property, use hands for handling objects, operate a computer, lift objects up to 25 pounds occasionally, and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while on duty.
