Position: PLAYER DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
About: The Pueblo of Sandia is looking for a dedicated and experienced Player Development Manager to lead the Player Development Department and ensure the achievement of revenue and profit goals. The position involves supervising a team of Casino Hosts and upholding the values of integrity, fairness, and collaboration within the organization.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field and three (3) years related experience in the gaming/hospitality/sales/marketing industry; Must be at least 21 years of age; Must possess and maintain a valid, unrestricted New Mexico Driver’s License; Relevant work experience or education may be substituted to satisfy education and/or work experience.
