Position: Plant Manager Ice Cream Factory
About: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Plant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our new industrial ice cream manufacturing facility, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; a minimum of 5 years of experience in food manufacturing or frozen product production; proven expertise in production process optimization and plant layout design; strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles; experience with quality management systems such as HACCP, ISO 22000, and GMP; proficiency in ERP systems and other plant optimization tools; excellent analytical skills for KPI tracking and operational performance assessment; exceptional leadership and team management abilities; strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure; results-driven mindset with a focus on operational efficiency and quality; excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Benefits: Base Salary: $75,000 – $80,000 (commensurate with experience), Commission structure and PTO, Opportunities for career growth within a fast-expanding company
