Position: Plant Manager (Food Manufacturing)

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree; Experience in food packaging plant – mandatory; 5+ years of experience managing in a USDA and/or FDA food, meat and packaging manufacturer facility; HACCP certification a plus; Food safety knowledge; True team player with a positive and cooperative attitude; Effective communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization; Strong computer skills including MS Office; Proven strong organizational skills, including the ability to multitask and work under constant deadlines; Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion; Ability to operate in a fast-paced production environment; Able to lift up to 50lbs and work in high and low temperatures.
