Position: Plant Manager
About: A company that produces sliced meat for one of the largest big-box stores in America is seeking a Plant Manager in Indiana. The company is expanding rapidly and opening a new state-of-the-art facility in April, operating 24/7 across three shifts with approximately 500 employees. Known for being recession-proof and having thrived post-COVID-19, with two existing facilities running 24/7, this will be their third location. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college or university; five-plus years of quality control experience in a food manufacturing environment; meat manufacturing experience required; HACCP Certified (preferred); SQF Certified (preferred); strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel; proficiency in computer skills, analytics, and food-processing equipment; familiarity with quality processes in the food-processing industry; understanding of HACCP, SSOP, and SOP; knowledge of USDA and FDA standards; bilingualism is a plus.
Benefits: competitive salary range of $160k to $190k
