Position: Plant Manager
About: The Plant Manager position is available at a production facility near the Las Vegas Strip, overseeing operations for dry cleaning, laundry, and tailoring services. This role reports to the SVP of Production Operations & Service and involves managing plant performance in areas such as cycle time, inventory, quality control, safety, and customer relations.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing or production environment; management of operations-focused KPIs and communication of results to leadership; lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and/or other similar continuous improvement methodologies; clear communication with experience working with both B2B customers and vendor partners; office productivity tools like Google Workspace (or similar); reliable transportation; no firm restrictions on days/times of availability
