Position: Plant Manager
About: Trulite is a growing company seeking a Plant Manager for its Knoxville, TN facility. The Plant Manager will oversee plant operations, including Production, Maintenance, Quality, Safety, Inventory, Cost Control, and Logistics, presenting a great opportunity for long-term career development.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 5 years manufacturing experience with minimum 3 years supervisory experience; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; Business finance acumen and P&L knowledge/experience; Background in manufacturing methods, process improvement programs, and Lean manufacturing techniques; Excellent communication and follow-through skills; Production and Capacity Planning experience
