The Huntsville Plant Manager position is responsible for the day-to-day operations within the plant, focusing on efficiently assembling high-quality products, delivering on time, and meeting cost targets in a fast-paced environment. The role requires proven ability to deliver sustainable and superior results.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required; experience with filtration systems and/or FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) manufacturing desired; strong background in lean manufacturing principles; experience with ISO 9001:2015 Certification; strong interpersonal and communication skills; in-depth knowledge of financial and budgetary controls; strong problem-solving skills; demonstrated leadership skills; high degree of professionalism along with organizational skills, tact, and diplomacy; ability to motivate and delegate authority to subordinate personnel; experience with new products and custom orders production
