Position: Plant Manager
About: The Plant Manager role is a key position within the company’s Americas Management Team, with P&L responsibility for the facility. The Plant Manager oversees production operations in a safe, efficient, and ethical manner, managing processes from order receipt to customer delivery, including materials planning, quality assurance, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements: 15+ years of manufacturing leadership or project management experience; Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or related field; Strong leadership team creation experience; Proven track record in strategic planning, risk management, and change leadership; Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TOM, or JIT principles; Familiarity with project management frameworks and best practices.
