Position: Plant Manager
About: Aquaspersions is a leading manufacturer and global supplier of high-quality water-based dispersions and emulsions. With over 50 years of experience, Aquaspersions has been providing manufacturers and formulators globally with a leading range of dispersions. The company is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join as a Plant Manager for their new production facility in Broussard, LA, to support their strategies for growth and increasing customer base within the US market.
Requirements: 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role in an engineering or manufacturing environment; Experience in working and excelling in OSHA standards; Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams; An excellent communicator; Good attention to detail with excellent analytical and organization skills; Self-motivated with initiative; Excellent problem solver; Familiarity with fleet management, transportation, distribution, and logistics preferred; Experience managing safety performance and programs
