Position: Plant Manager
About: The Plant Manager at Airgas is responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of workers engaged in the production and delivery of compressed gases, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and improving production efficiency. The role involves managing and leading associates, resolving work-related issues, and maintaining production records.
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED; A total of five (5) years of industry experience including a minimum of two (2) years in a supervisory/leadership role; Prior experience with SAP or related system; Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite applications; Strong analytical and interpersonal skills; Ability to operate a fork-lift and handle computer tasks; Capable of occasionally lifting up to 60 pounds or more with equipment; Familiarity with safety procedures in a plant setting.
