Position: Plancha Food & Beverage Assistant Manager
About: Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort in Central Florida is seeking a Plancha Food & Beverage Assistant Manager to join their AAA Five Diamond property. The resort is dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences through a commitment to luxury service.
Requirements: Display a strong track record for employee relations and development of both managers and employees; Possess outstanding communication skills that improve team performance and teamwork; Have strong financial acumen, team building skills, and attention to service standards. Prior relevant experience in Food & Beverage operations; Experience in event development for increased club membership relations; Golf/club knowledge is preferred, but not required; A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers; Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently; Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions; High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.
