Requirements: 2 years of culinary experience; Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, large team environment; Flexible and available for extensive work hours when required; Sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers; Good organizational skills and ability to work independently; Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities, and adjust to changing conditions; High work ethic and sense of responsibility for the role within the team; Must have legal work authorization in the United States
