Requirements: 1+ year of experience in a back of house production position; good work ethic, communication, and time management skills; availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends; ability to lift up to 50 pounds; ability to exert well-paced mobility for at least 8 hours, including standing, walking, bending, and squatting; ability to work with a wood-burning oven, electric pizza convection oven, and commercial spiral mixer
