Requirements: At least one year of experience cooking on a fast-paced kitchen line and food preparation; culinary certified training preferred; basic knowledge of cooking, following recipes, portion control, and presentation; effective communication, reading, and writing skills; proficiency in basic math, percentages, quantities, and variances; alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required; availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
