Position: Pizza Maker
About: Aprile is looking for an energetic candidate with experience in hand-making pizza dough and working with wood-fired pizza ovens. The ideal candidate should be familiar and comfortable with restaurant kitchen procedures, including food prep, required cooking, and setting up supply stations, all crucial for Aprile’s success in ensuring guest satisfaction.
Requirements: Minimum 2 to 3 years of pizza-making experience; full-service restaurant kitchen experience preferred. Consistent use and promotion of safe and sanitary food handling practices. Efficient preparation of pizzas per customer order. Assistance in operating all kitchen equipment, maintaining the kitchen, cooking other menu items, and food item packaging. Willingness to fill in as needed to ensure the efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by management. Flexibility with schedule. Punctual, responsible, with reliable transportation.
