Position: Pizza Maker
About: Awarded the Great Place to Work Certificate in 2024, our establishment is seeking a skilled Pizza Maker to join our team. Reporting to the General Manager, Executive Chef, and Kitchen Managers, the Pizza Maker will be responsible for managing production lines and ensuring high-quality food preparation in the kitchen.
Requirements: Pizza Cook Experience Required; Experience stretching, kneading, and cooking dough required; Experience using Wood Fire oven preferred; 2 years of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking; Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds; Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours); Ability to read, speak and interpret documents in clear English; Must be able to communicate clearly with managers and kitchen personnel; Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions in standardized situations.
