Position: Pizza Cook
About: The company is seeking a dedicated and skilled Pizza Chef to maintain the quality and consistency of all food menu items in a high-volume pizzeria or similar restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in working with a wood-fired oven, hand stretching fresh pizza dough, and executing recipes to company standards while ensuring excellent guest service and adherence to sanitation guidelines.
Requirements: Maintain professional appearance standards as directed; Anticipate and accommodate guest needs; Experience with wood-fired oven and pizza dough handling; 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume pizzeria or similar setting; Knowledge of allergy restrictions and food modifications; Follow orders accurately and maintain station cleanliness; Possess in-depth recipe knowledge and venue familiarity; Comply with health and sanitation standards; Communicate effectively with chefs and support staff; Perform opening and closing procedures as directed; Attend pre-service meetings, training sessions, and team activities; Portray a positive and professional attitude; Work collaboratively in a team environment
