We are known for our commitment to using fresh, high-quality ingredients, and our wood-fired pizza oven is at the heart of our culinary experience. As we prepare for our grand opening, we are looking for a talented and passionate Pizza Cook to join our team and help create an unforgettable dining experience for our guests.
Requirements: 2+ years of experience working in a high-volume restaurant, with a strong background in wood-fired pizza ovens; Extensive experience making fresh pizza dough from scratch; Knowledge of pizza-making techniques, including dough stretching, toppings, and oven operation; Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure without compromising quality; Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a diverse team; Passion for pizza and a genuine interest in delivering an exceptional guest experience; Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
