Requirements: Proven experience as a Pizza Chef or similar role in a restaurant or food service establishment; strong culinary skills and a passion for Italian cuisine, particularly pizza making; knowledge of traditional pizza dough formulations, baking techniques, and flavor combinations; ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, maintaining composure under pressure during peak service times; excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality and consistency; effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
