Position: Pinecrest #13 Prep Cook
About: Prep Cooks play a crucial role in the kitchen by organizing and preparing ingredients to ensure smooth kitchen operations. From chopping and mixing to stocking and cleaning, Prep Cooks contribute significantly to the day-to-day routine of the kitchen.
Requirements: Able to work flexible shift schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; physically able to stand/walk 100% of the shift, reach, bend, and stoop; proficient in English with the ability to read recipes, food labels, and POS orders; experience using kitchen machinery and working with hot plates, pots, and sharp knives; capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. multiple times per shift; comfortable working in high temperature and damp environments; willingness to assist in dishwashing and cleaning tasks; completion of food safety certification program in compliance with company and state regulations.
