Position: Physician Associate Medical Director Hospice

Requirements: Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy degree from an accredited medical school; board certification in hospice and palliative care preferred but not required; current and unencumbered license to practice in the specific state of assignment; membership in good standing on the medical staff of at least one contracted hospital; current CPR certification; valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and agency-required liability insurance for home visits.
