Position: Physician Assistant for Home Visits PRN
About: Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is on a mission to build trusted relationships to make people healthier by conducting In-home Health Evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. They are currently hiring board-certified Physician Assistant/Physician Associate (PA) contractors for this purpose.
Requirements: Board certification as Physician Assistant/Physician Associate (PA); State License Required (PA-C); experience conducting in-home health evaluations preferred
