Requirements: Active and unrestricted Oklahoma medical license; Active DEA; NCCPA certification for Physician Assistant or ANCC/AANP certification for Nurse Practitioner; Bachelor’s degree in Physician Assistant studies or Master’s of Nursing degree in Nurse Practitioner studies; Active BLS Certification; Comfortable working with all age groups; EHR proficient; may require DOT Certification; Willingness to work occasional weekends and holidays
