Requirements: Graduate of an accredited program of Physical Therapy with a minimum of a B.S.; Must hold a current Connecticut license in Physical Therapy; Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written; Proficient in Windows-based programs; Access to reliable transportation; Travel between multiple work sites required
