Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent; phlebotomy training or work experience; valid operational Tennessee driver’s license and insurability; good people skills; mobilab experience preferred; knowledge of medical laboratory science; strong organizational and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and prioritize tasks; maintain confidentiality; handle difficult situations professionally; strong computer skills; proficiency in English communication; ability to perform multi-functional tasks and maintain physical requirements as stated; flexibility with scheduling and willingness to work extra hours as needed for patient care.
