Position: Philanthropic Events Associate

Requirements: Education Required: High School Diploma or equivalent; Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years relevant work, volunteer, or internship experience; Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required. Previous fundraising and event planning experience preferred. Knowledge of Salesforce or comparable donor database preferred. Experience creating artwork and videos in Canva preferred. Experience with creating effective content for social media platforms preferred. Valid driver’s license. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: Professionalism, maturity, good judgment, and ability to work with confidential material. Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to prioritize work and multi-task in a time-constrained environment. Motivated self-starter. Ability to provide own transportation for frequent work-related events, errands, and activities. Ability to relate and work well with key internal and external stakeholders and volunteers. Flexible schedule that includes occasional early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
