Position: PHARMACY MANAGER – INVENTORY & LOGISTICS
About: The Montefiore Medical Center is seeking a Pharmacy Manager for their ambulatory pharmacies, responsible for managing and procuring pharmaceuticals and supplies. The role involves overseeing storeroom operations, problem-solving, continuous evaluation of purchasing systems, and addressing logistical issues for patient delivery. The position also includes assisting in departmental scheduling and managing pharmacy associates under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
Requirements: Associate degree required; Bachelor degree preferred; PTCB certification and NYS Pharmacy Tech license required; 3 years experience in outpatient/retail pharmacy with supervisory or managerial experience; knowledge of medications and pharmacy operations; familiarity with pharmacy management systems, Microsoft Office, and 340B program preferred
