Position: Pharmacy Customer Service Associate
About: Walgreens is seeking a customer-centric and detail-oriented Customer Service Associate to join their pharmacy team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, processing prescriptions accurately, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Requirements: Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (Except in Puerto Rico); willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends; six months of retail experience preferred; prior experience with Walgreens desired; good math skills for accurate prescription filling; strong computer skills; knowledge of inventory control; PTCB certification preferred
