About: PetSmart Pets Hotel is dedicated to providing a safe, fun, and reliable home away from home for pets while their parents are away. As a Pets Hotel Manager, you will oversee all day-to-day operations of our Pets Hotel, ensuring a great experience for both pets and pet parents.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a managerial role in a pet care setting preferred; strong leadership and team management skills; passion for providing excellent customer service to pets and their owners
