Position: Pet Hotel General Manager
About: As a General Manager at a hotel, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional care for guests, clients, and staff. Your duties will include leading the company’s operational efforts to support hotel growth and profitability goals, hiring and retaining talent, fostering a culture of customer service, developing managers and associates, managing labor and costs, collaborating with the Executive team on new policies, and executing company policies as written.
Requirements: High level managerial experience; ability to lead a staff of up to 70 people; ability to read, understand, and disseminate financial reports and other accounting items; upbeat, motivating, and can-do leader for the team; ability to navigate stressful situations
