Position: Pet Host / Receptionist

The Pet Host role at Pooch Hotel entails being the first point of contact, handling check-ins and check-outs, making reservations, selling activity packages, and providing excellent customer service to guests, clients, and vendors.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; strong customer service skills and a passion for helping people; ability to handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and inquiries effectively; excellent communication and attention to detail; ability to work in a team, take directions well, and be self-motivated
