Position: Personal Care Specialist (Part Time)
About: RISE Personal Care Specialists engage in one-on-one interactions with patients and/or customers, connecting each unique individual with the right product and consumption method. The Personal Care Specialist is a master of the menu and provides education on products in a positive and customer-oriented environment, ensuring compliance with regulations and enhancing the overall customer experience. Requirements: At least one year of customer service experience; preference for candidates with specialty, customer-facing retail experience. Meet scheduling and availability requirements, ability to work varying shifts, including weekends. Reliable attendance, 21 years or older, pass background checks including state-specific cannabis employment requirements, possess valid driver’s license or state ID. Compliance with legal and company regulations for working in the cannabis industry.
