Requirements: Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a current Registered Nurse license in Connecticut. BSN required; Master’s Degree preferred (matriculation required after one year). Experience: Minimum of 5 years in clinical practice, nursing education, or nursing management in an acute care setting. Competencies: Strong leadership, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
