Position: Peri-Operative Services Nurse Educator – 8k sign-on bonus
About: As a Peri-Operative Services Nurse Educator at ECHN, you will provide clinical expertise and leadership to enhance patient care in a community hospital. Collaborating with healthcare teams, you will focus on nursing education and compliance to implement educational curricula and promote continuous staff development, assessing quality care and facilitating orientation programs.
Requirements: Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and hold a current Registered Nurse license in the State of Connecticut; BSN from an accredited University required; Master’s Degree in Nursing preferred; 5+ years of progressive experience in clinical practice, nursing education, and/or nursing management in an acute care setting; strong leadership, attention to detail, excellent communication skills; ability to maintain confidentiality and clinical competency in area of assignment.
