Position: Performance Coach
About: Ecolab, a global leader in providing cutting-edge AI solutions that optimize operations for clients, particularly within the restaurant industry, is seeking a Performance Coach with previous in-restaurant experience to enable the successful deployment and adoption of their latest technological innovation.
Requirements: Bachelors degree and 6 years’ experience or 10 years of working experience; 3 years of experience in QSR management (e.g., General Manager, District Manager, etc.) with a strong understanding of restaurant operations, particularly back-of-house workflows; Willing to travel up to 50%; Familiarity with data-driven decision-making and basic analytics; Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders across all levels; No immigration sponsorship available for this position
