Position: People Analytics Visier Consultant
About: Deloitte Workforce Analytics brings valuable insights through data and analytics to help clients align workforce actions with business outcomes. They offer hands-on experience in various HR domains and industries.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, IT, or relevant field; 2+ years of experience in Human Capital Consulting and/or closely related people analytics role; 2+ years of experience with People Analytics tools such as Visier, Power BI, Tableau, and/or Workday HCM; Proven experience with at least one Visier implementation; 2+ years of experience serving the HR Domain in areas like recruiting, attrition, DE&I, compensation and benefits, performance, and/or learning and development; Ability to travel 25-50%, on average; Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
