Position: PEO Account Executive/Sales

About: At Consolidated Personnel Services, Inc., we specialize in providing exceptional HR and benefits solutions to our clients, ensuring the highest level of service for client organizations. As an Account Executive in our Sales department, you will be pivotal in driving our success by prospecting new business relationships and collaborating with existing clients and industry associations to identify revenue opportunities.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred; minimum of 3 years of business to business outside sales experience selling in the PEO or Payroll Services Industry. Knowledge of HR Program Software and HRIS Systems (ADP, Paylocity). Ability to conduct evaluations of client HR and payroll processes. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, SharePoint), NetSuite, Ever Lance, CRM, and other software technology. Awareness of NAPEO (National Association of Professional Employer Organizations) statistics and industry trends. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Good verbal and written communication skills. Critical thinking and decision-making skills required for objection handling, negotiation, and other sales process situations. Strong local network of referral partners, prospects, and clients.
