About: PM Pediatrics is currently seeking a Front Desk Associate to join their team. The role involves supporting medical providers, assisting patients, and maintaining an efficient office environment in a pediatric urgent care setting. The ideal candidate will uphold exceptional customer service standards and work closely with a diverse range of individuals including patients, families, physicians, and vendors.
Requirements: Prior experience as a receptionist in a healthcare environment; professional and friendly demeanor; strong communication and organizational skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; excellent customer service skills; knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites; knowledge of electronic health records (eCW preferred)
